Yes. Our products are crafted with premium ingredients and traditional homemade recipes, bringing you authentic taste and love in every jar.
4. Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted if the product:
- Arrives damaged
- Doesn’t match the order\
- Requests must be made within 12 hours with proof (photo/video).
5. When will I get my refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days, via the original payment method (bKash or bank transfer).
6. Can I return opened or consumed products?
No. Opened or consumed items are not eligible for return or refund.
