4. Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted if the product:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Doesn’t match the order\
  • Requests must be made within 12 hours with proof (photo/video).

5. When will I get my refund?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days, via the original payment method (bKash or bank transfer).

6. Can I return opened or consumed products?

No. Opened or consumed items are not eligible for return or refund.
