Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken
  • The item delivered does not match your order

Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised in front of the delivery personnel at the time of receiving the product.
  • Proof may be required (photo/video of the issue)

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds cannot be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened and consumed
  • Damage occurred after delivery
  • The order was placed incorrectly by the customer

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method (bKash, Bank Transfer, etc.)

Return Shipping

  • If a return is accepted, we will arrange the pickup or provide instructions
  • Replacement delivery (if applicable) will be free of charge
