Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or refund if:
- The product arrives damaged or broken
- The item delivered does not match your order
Return Request Timeline
- Return requests must be raised in front of the delivery personnel at the time of receiving the product.
- Proof may be required (photo/video of the issue)
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or refunds cannot be accepted if:
- The product has been opened and consumed
- Damage occurred after delivery
- The order was placed incorrectly by the customer
Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method (bKash, Bank Transfer, etc.)
Return Shipping
- If a return is accepted, we will arrange the pickup or provide instructions
- Replacement delivery (if applicable) will be free of charge
